About the course

The Regal Academy of Leadership is an informative, practical and highly interactive programme where leaders, and those in leadership positions, can gain knowledge key to developing the capability of the organisation to handle change and the future challenges, even if those challenges have yet to be discovered. With the increase in regulation and litigation in all sectors of business, leading in the organisational setting is becoming increasingly difficult. Organisations need leaders who can handle these challenges effectively. At the same time, people who feel that they are led effectively find it easier to cope and perform under higher pressure levels, and therefore achieve the business's ultimate goals. Using a broad range of learning techniques to provide practical training and give a sound foundation in strategic leadership theory, this very practical and pragmatic programme will provide a unique learning opportunity. Through a combination of lectures and some outdoor workshop sessions - delegates will be provided with the opportunity to participate actively in exercises and discussions about issues common to them.
